Reasons people have given re: why I haven't blogged in a bajillion months:
1) I lost the ability to type when I decided to give up Diet Coke
2) My mom made me quit because I wouldn't stop using the word Fuck. She grounded me.
3) April is cured of Aponex and I have nothing to chronicle
Well...
I did give up Diet Coke (SHOCKER, I know...I probably should have made sure you were sitting down before I just sprung that on you all crazy-like) - and it DID have me throwing up for the better part of a full day, but far as I can tell, has not affected my motor skills.
My mom really does hate when I use the word Fuck and if she could put me on restriction for it, she totally would. Additionally, it is not above her (or out of the realm of possibility) for her to try and wash my mouth out with soap, but I can almost do a full push up now, so I don't think she wants to mess with me.
The day April is cured of Aponex, I will watch Sarah Palin's reality show, Alaska. Need I say more?
The truth: I took on an amazing consulting gig back in February that consumed every spare second of my time until just a few weeks ago.
I took a few weeks off to reclaim my life and am trying to get back to doing what I love and have neglected.

Bill - Oddly, these monkeys haven't complained one time about being used as slippers. Not even when I wore them outside. They are troopers, I'm telling you. I'm really glad you didn't give me up for gone - thanks for coming back!

Mel - lol. I dunno, if you'd have seen the way I "geeked" out when I saw them in Target, you might think differently...I'm excited to be back. I'm so glad ya'll are still out there!!
Lilli - I KNOW! Giving up the DC was not easy. I truly thought it might kill me. I still sneak sips, but not downing 4 liters a day anymore. The company may actually fold....
Abby - Thanks for not losing the faith! I have no doubt the Higher Power refused to let you miss out on all the very imporant things I have to say...like, where I got my slippers and my refusal to stop cussing...that's not information you can find just anywhere... :)
NO DIET COKE!!!!!! If I give up Diet Coke it'll only leave Ale & Single Malt as acceptable liquids to consume. I do admit to a splash of H2O in my Scotch:-)
